Logging in for the first time.
To login into the Parent Portal for the first time and view your child's dashboard, you will sent an email from school to welcome you to Arbor. You must log in for the first time on a desktop computer or laptop, using Chrome as your web browser.
This email will confirm your username (your email on school record) and a link for you to click on that will take you directly to your schools' Parent Portal site.
On your first login only, you will need to enter your child’s date of birth to access the dashboard.
If you are the Primary Guardian for more than one child in the school, you can access and view each child through the same portal by clicking on the name at the drop-down menu with the children's names in the top-left of the home page, then change sibling.

You can have instant access to your child’s current attendance and you can also preview their historic attendance.
You can see your child’s positive behaviour points that support the school’s rewards system. There is a record of incidents that your child has been involved in under this heading. If there has been a serious incident you will have been contacted by the pastoral team. If you require attentional information about the incidents recorded here please contact the pastoral team at school.
A copy of all homework and due dates can be seen on the student page. Your child needs to ensure they log in and mark their homework as complete once they have finished. Homework can also be set on other platforms i.e. Teams but the record of what need to be completed will be seen here.
