Healthy Eating Week @ Home

Students at home (and in school) are being asked to take part in Healthy Eating Week @ Home where there are 7 daily Health Challenges. Students can complete a tracker and diary entry of what they do.
The challenge runs from 22nd – 28th June

Each day we are focusing on just one challenge per day:

MONDAY: Eat well

TUESDAY: Eat more wholegrains

WEDNESDAY: Have 5-a-day

THURSDAY: Drink plenty

FRIDAY: Move more

SATURDAY: Be mind kind

SUNDAY: Try something new
