At the end of last term, the maths department held special assemblies for our Y7, Y8 and Y9 students to recognise their achievements in mathematics. Certificates were given in several categories, for example, the most improved student, excellent homework, hardworking, great class contributors and quietly brilliant! Also, some of our students in Y7 were awarded UKMT Bronze and Silver awards and in Y8, UKMT Bronze, Silver and Gold. Our Y9 students were awarded certificates for resilience and going ‘above and beyond’.
