Staff and students observed a 2 minute silence today at 11:am to commemorate the 100 years since the end of the First World War.
Displays around the school showed 700 images of soldiers to represent every person in the school. Poppies were signed by everyone to illustrate their remembrance.
Y10 and Y11 students held a service in the school foyer and Y7 students lined the science corridors in silence to pay their respects. Prayers were read out and students and staff laid poppies at the foot of the cross.
