On Monday 30th September 2019, representatives came in from Cancer Research UK and Brain Tumour Research to receive the cheques from our Saint Pius Pledge Day back in April. Each charity received the amazing sum of £3234.62p.

Rachel Speight-McGregor (Cancer Research UK) and Matthew Price (Brain Tumour Research) met with our Head Boy, Alex Hathaway and Head Girl, Ebony Watson as well as three of our students who had raised the most money on the day (Isabel Evans, Caitlin Taylor and Kacee Parkin.)

Headteacher Miss Smith attended the presentation along with Mrs Brown (Assistant Headteacher) and Miss McGibbon (Senior Pastoral Manager) who had organised the pledge day.
